Refund policy

We hope you love your EMAAN COLLECTIVE piece. If for any reason your order isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, makeup, fragrance, deodorant, or damage may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. This does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.

Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can make it right.
